FURPASMP is a passive midplane with 6Gb/s SAS and 3Gb/s SAS/SATA passthrough capabilities. It uses eight Maxim MAX4952B chips which can support 1 SAS signal channel per chip to enable the support for a total of 8 SAS signal channels.
